Please join me for a one-hour online gentle yoga flow class on Zoom.
In this time when we're all spending so much time at home, and maybe too much time in front of your computer screens, I want to offer you an opportunity to tune into your mind and body with some gentle stretches.
If you've never practiced yoga before, or you have a regular practice, I invite you to join me for this all-levels class. No experience necessary, I'll talk you through all you need to know. No special props needed.
Optional: yoga mat, blocks (or a few thick books or boxes), a blanket or some sofa pillows.
When: Saturday, April 4 at 9 am EDT.
